  • If the project is placed on hold at the client’s request, the refund eligibility will be forfeited.
  • If there is a violation of any of the company’s policies or terms of service.
  • If the creative brief or project instructions provided by the client lack the necessary information required to proceed effectively.
  • If the business undergoes closure, rebranding, or changes its name or operational structure.
  • If the request for a refund is based on reasons unrelated to the quality of service, such as a “change of mind,” disagreements with partners, or other non-service-related factors.
  • If multiple sets of revisions (for any service) have been accepted or approved by the client.

Clients are entitled to a 100% refund only before our team begins working on the project. Once the work has started, refunds cannot be processed, as our team of professionals will have already dedicated time, expertise, and resources to your project.
